Yes - but just don't tell the rifle. There are some guys routinely outshooting the no.4 with theirs, so the rifle doesn't know it... It's not a case of nobody knows why - barrel weight issue, too...

The sight for the MkIII Ross was made by the Ross Rifle Co. and the HW Cooey Arms company. The Cooey made sight will be stamped with HWC in an oval cartouche.
